❓ Who should NOT use SnoozeSync alone? Do not use SnoozeSync as your only care if you have: •Untreated sleep apnea •Narcolepsy or parasomnias •Severe depression, suicidality, or acute psychiatric symptoms In these cases, seek care from a licensed clinician.
❓ How does the AI Sleep Coach work? The AI coach guides you through clinically validated CBT-I techniques based on your daily sleep diary inputs and progress — available 24/7.
❓ How long does it take to see results? Many users notice improvements within 2–4 weeks, with continued gains over 6–8 weeks, depending on adherence.
❓ Is SnoozeSync medication-free? Yes. SnoozeSync is a non-pharmacologic CBT-I program.
❓ Is there a free trial? Yes. Your subscription includes a 7-day free trial. You can cancel anytime before the trial ends.
❓ Can I cancel anytime? Yes. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
❓ Can I get a refund? If you cancel before the free trial ends, you won’t be charged. After billing begins, refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.
❓ Where is my data stored? Your sleep data is stored locally on your device (phone or computer). SnoozeSync does not store your sleep data in the cloud.
❓ Is my data shared with third parties? No. SnoozeSync does not sell or share your sleep data with third parties.
